Open enrollment for 2022 in ADP starts Monday, November 1st through Friday, November 19th. Here is a high-level overview of what to expect:
Medical–Great news about rates!
- If you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, your 2022 medical rates will decrease by 5%!
- If you become fully vaccinated and submit proof of vaccination, your rates will decrease by 5% in the next available pay after your vaccination card is received and you are considered “fully vaccinated.”
- If you are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19, your 2022 medical rates will remain the same.
- There will be a change in copayments and ER visits.
- Primary Care copay visits will remain at $20, however, specialty office visits will be $40 per visit.
- Emergency Room visits will increase from $200 to $300 per visit (waived if admitted to the hospital).
- Anthem will continue to administer our medical plan, as well as disability, life insurance and the supplemental medical plans.
Dental
- Rates will remain the same and Delta Dental will continue to administer our plan.
Vision
- Rates will remain the same and VSP will continue to administer our plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
- Will continue to be administered by WageWorks/HealthEquity.
Other Benefits
- Anthem will continue to administer our disability, life insurance and the supplemental medical plans.
