Patti Jones joined the Star team in October 2020. While she’s only been a Star for a little over a month, Patti brings a wealth of experience to our company. Prior to Star, she worked at Huntington Bank for 37 years with the majority of her tenure supporting Employee Benefits in some capacity.
Her previous roles included Benefits Administrator/Benefits Manager and Operations Manager. In the former, her focus was on supporting employee health and welfare plans. The latter revolved around Benefit system setup and ensuring that day-to-day functions supporting the benefits plans were handled properly.
“I am excited to be working at a smaller company where I will be able to give more individualized attention to our employees on their benefits and HR needs,” Patti said.
Patti has lived most of her life in Columbus, until a year ago when she moved to Marysville. She has two step-daughters, one teenage step-granddaughter, and four dogs. In her free time, Patti loves to read and listen to Audible. Her all-time favorite author is Nora Roberts (aka JD Robb) but her current author of choice is James Patterson and she has read most of his books. Keep reading to learn more about her.
